In 2007 the Audi Aftersales Spain Area needed to solve the decline in customer satisfaction caused by the increase of repetitive damage in their vehicles.
To achieve this we created a Motivation Plan aimed to Audi dealership workers which was based on a competition between the different workshops and dealers of the brand:

Inspired by the Historical Shield of the italian football team Juventus, the League logo reinforced the name and acronym of the Plan above all. Tthe "CAR" initials in Spanish have the meaning associated with the acronym "Against Repetitive Breakdowns" (Contra Averías Repetitivas) while English is directly associated to the motor world (cars). - view infoMechanic Mailing :
